Wissahickon PA Crags
Saturday April 06th 2002
Mike, Tish and I went up to Phili, PA for a 10k trail run, and for the Sunday before our trek back down south we spent the afternoon hiking in the Wissahickon Valley of Fairmount Park. The scenery was fantastic, and the weather was just cool enough to keep you from breaking a sweat. Our destination within the park was Livezey Rock, a flakey pile of rocks with an intimate crew of climbers and boulderers. We spent hours working a few problems, trying our best to resist gravity pulling us both to the ground and back to Richmond, VA before it got too late. Tish was the keen eye behind the camera the whole time. Thanks Tish!
