Here's a glimpse of Mountain Bike 101, part 1 in a series of 3 progressive lessons in the skills of mountain biking. Headed up by Brian Brown and under his new company, Rock Steady Productions, it was a blast and a raging success. Focus for this day was on balance, downhills, clearing obstacles, and the "art" of falling. And social skills, as always. . .
