SML Triathlon

The Smith Mountain Lake Triathlon was a hoot, but not without folly. The race volunteers weren't quite on top of their game, and neglected to set up the turn-around for the run--so the first 100 or so of us out in front ran right past, and ended up putting in about double the distance required. Ooops. We made up for it though in the post-partying and buddha-drinking. Yum, how deliciously religious!
We ended the weekend on a great note, as Mike, Tish, Amanda and myself took a brief detour on the way home, jumping onto the AT for a quick walk and picnic.
